More than 3,000 students from 75 higher educational institutions of the Republic and foreign countries in particular, India, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan participated in the ”Avicenna followers” IV International Student Olympiad on April 16 in 30 fundamental and clinical subjects.
Head of the Department of Neurology and Medical Psychology, Professor G.S. Rakhimbayeva wished the students good luck at the Olympiad. Professor M.M. Yakubova familiarized the participants with the rules of the Olympiad. The students competed with each other in 3 stages. All participants were selflessly and honestly checked by the jury members. As a result, the students who scored the most points in all three stages won the main prizes. During the Olympiad, students who demonstrated their knowledge, enthusiasm and intelligence were rewarded in various categories.
