Best start-up projects awarded

On February 9, 2021, the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Youth Academy completed a competition for priority research and development, experimental design and start-up projects and announced the winners. Among the projects participating in the competition, the relevance of developments in medicine was studied. New ideas of young scientists, which benefit our people and effectively protect the health of the population, received special recognition. More than 600 teams from all over the country took part in this competition. At the competition, Professor of the Tashkent Medical Academy Rakhimbaeva Gulnara Sattarovna, Associate Professor of the Department of Neurology Rasulova D.K., assistant Rasulova M.B. participated in the project “LOGOS – the first mobile application in the Uzbek language for the restoration of speech in patients with aphasia” and became the winners of the “Top 20 STARTUP projects by 2020” and won a cash prize of 75 million soums. Team leader Rasulova Munisa was admitted to the Youth Academy. In October 2019, the idea of ​​a mobile application team for patients with aphasia-loss of speech at the Startup Initiative 2019 stage took 7th place among 47 national teams and 2nd place in the SAT accelerator.
